MANUFACTURE OF FACING SLABS, BRICKS AND TILES

Manufacture of facing slabs, bricks and tiles based on the development of a polymeric composition of Naralex S series is offered.

The primary materials for manufacturing are the wastes both of stone quarrying and stone working milled from 150 up to 5000 micrometers.

Manufacture area is 1500m2 or more. The equipment and machines used in technological process are partially developed by firm.

The product is formed under the pressure and proper temperature in special forms corresponding to the sizes and the form of manufactured product. The density of material is adjusted by technological pressure and is 1.5 times the material natural density. The material is waterproof.

The appearance and texture of production correspond to the texture of a primary material, thus any combination of wastes is possible. Wastes of such materials as marble, granite, tuff, travertine and other stones can be used as a primary material. The kind of stone does not influence on physical-and-mechanical characteristics of production.
